I had FC put on some SA Sharkskin GPX 4wt on my 4wt reel this past week and got a chance to “fish” it on Thursday. The line is freakin’ awesome. It picks up off of the water like butter and mends super easy. I only got to throw it in the grass, as the order of the day for the stream wasn’t even really casting much more than 5ft of fly line plus your leader/tippet. But the new fly line is freakin’ awesome. I am definitely going to be putting some on my 6wt rod that I take with me to the tailwaters and hopefully my 5wt reel as well.
