Do you still see brooks and cutties on the Spring anymore? I would love to go somewhere and go for a grandslam like that!! Please let me know. This website has more information and maps as well as guys who fish these waters and that makes it fun for those of us who would love to visit. Thanks again.

Glad to hear it’s not just me who has some “dues paying” time when fishing with the really big streamers. It takes more patience than I have.

When was the last time you fished Spring River? I don’t recall fishing the really big streamers there like you guys are throwing these days, but the fish on that water sure do like the standard size streamers like Clousers and your chenille blob (or whatever you call it).

I couldn’t have said it any better myself Matt. Still had a great time regardless of the sub-par fishing results and I appreciate the invitation to tag along with you guys. I really enjoyed hanging out with everyone , definitely a great group of guys to spend time with.
That next trip we ought to be due for a pig or two , I’d say we payed our dues this last weekend.

I think i have some video of you with that fish somewhere on my YouTube page. That was a good trip…..as Held always says “they are all good trips, some are just better than others.”. Need to get out again soon, so i can get you on the sticks. — Matt Tucker
